Business Development Manager – Wiltshire/Hampshire/Dorset

Our ambitious plans mean that we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive our business across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset. This high-profile, rewarding role will suit someone with a passion for developing and leading teams and building strong relationships.

The role includes:

• Participate in industry events and meetings.
• Promote the full range of Farmacy services.
• Contribute to The Helix Technology Farm initiative.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Recruit top talent, alongside the development of new entrant Agronomists.
• Lead a team to provide first class services.

The successful candidate will have:

• A background in delivering agronomic advice, ideally with a network in the southern counties.
• A passion for people, wanting to provide the best service and a supportive and dynamic environment for your team.
• Commitment to your ongoing professional development.
• FACTS and BASIS qualified.
