Agronomist – Specialising in Agroecology

Following rapid growth in our new range of Agroecology Services, we are seeking an Agronomist specialising in Agroecology to join the team, implementing farming systems which produce crops in partnership with nature.

Working with regional agronomists predominantly in the midlands, you will provide services to both your own portfolio of clients, as well as supporting our agronomists and their clients.

• Delivery of Agroecological Services to maximise soil and plant health to a portfolio of clients
• Advising on the production of profitable crops whilst delivering an uplift in biodiversity.
• Provide technical support to regional agronomists on Agroecological advice and subjects.

• A background in Agronomy with a strong interest in Agroecology.
• An understanding of arable crop production.
• Able to deliver the highest standards of client service.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• BASIS & FACTS desirable.
• Clean UK driving licence.
